ORDERS

Once the order has been confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the registration procedure containing the summary of his/her order. The contract is concluded when the order sent electronically by the consumer user arrives on the quattrostagionishop.com server.

If the Customer has the need to change his/her shipping data, after the Order Confirmation, but before the shipment of the goods, he/she can do so by contacting customer service at +39 346 0758777 from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 3.00 to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday or send an email to shop@quattrostagioniabbigliamento.it.

Once the package has been shipped, the customer will no longer be able to change the data relating to the shipment. Quattro Stagioni reserves the right to cancel/refuse any order from a customer with whom there has been a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, who has refused a delivery without giving a reason/explanation or who presents any form of risk.

RETURN

You can exchange or return any product within 14 working days from the delivery date. Complete the form you will find on the dedicated page on your account. If you have any difficulties with this procedure, do not hesitate to contact us at the e-mail address shop@quattrostagioniabbigliamento.it.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Quattro Stagioni wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the order, you can return one or more items purchased and receive a refund.

Before making the return, you need to check that the conditions have been met. Quattro Stagioni will not accept returns of:

  • items intended for contact with private parts (e.g. briefs, g-string, thong, body, coordinated).
  • items with silicone parts (e.g. back bands or transparent shoulder straps).
  • items without original packaging, which must be returned in perfect condition.
  • items worn or washed.
  • items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • items sent back cash on delivery or carriage forward.
  • items on sale.
  • items to which the attached tags or labels have been removed.
  • items that have undergone modifications or interventions of any kind.
All products available on www.quattrostagionishop.com come with packaging, identification tag and warranty seals if provided by the manufacturer.

We invite you to try the product without removing the tags, because returns that do not present the same conditions in which they were received will not be accepted. Returns shipped from countries other than those we ship to will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please find below the steps to carry out the return procedure correctly:

  • 1- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received, with all warranty seals attached.
  • 2- Fill in the online return form by entering the order number and carefully choosing the specific product(s) you want to return and communicating the date and address for the collection of the goods.
  • 3- Confirmation of receipt of the return request and reservation of the collection of the goods by the courier will be sent to the e-mail address in the order. Quattro Stagioni is not responsible for any theft or loss if our waybill is not used, which will be provided directly by the courier at the time of collection.
  • 4- Deliver the goods properly packaged to the courier, in order to guarantee their integrity during transport.

SIZE EXCHANGE

All return conditions are also applied in the event of a Size Change. Complete the Return form by choosing the "Change Size" option and communicating the new size. We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address indicated for the first order, notifying you with a confirmation email with tracking to monitor the shipment of your size change

The size of an item can only be exchanged once, however it is possible to return the product following the instructions in our return policy. For any doubt, you can contact our Customer Service by writing to shop@quattrostagioniabbigliamento.it.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

The costs of return shipping and size changes are paid by Quattro Stagioni for all sales in Italy.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made after receipt of the return by our warehouse and relative control to ensure that the requirements are met. The inspection by the warehouse may take up to 7 working days.

The time for the refund will depend on the payment method used.

Credit card purchase: the refund will be made within 7 working days of confirmation from the warehouse. The time required to view the refund on the account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card.

PayPal purchase: the refund will be made within 7 working days of confirmation from the warehouse and will be visible within 24 hours.

Purchase with cash on delivery: the refund will be made on the current account indicated by the customer after the refund request, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data entered.

Refunds will be made within 7 working days of warehouse confirmation and the refunded amount will be visible in a few days on the account statement.
