PRICES

All prices displayed on the website already include VAT at 22% and are expressed in Euros. The total price resulting at the end of the purchase procedure includes shipping costs.

VAT

Our prices include VAT. However, it is not possible to enter your VAT number, as the purchase on www.quattrostagionishop.com is reserved for final consumers.

GUARANTEE

Quattro Stagioni guarantees the products to the consumer for 24 months against any manufacturing defect and against any problem related to the raw materials used and declares that the products delivered comply with those present and described in the online catalog.

The technical and functional characteristics, images and photographs of the products on the Quattro Stagioni Shop website correspond to those communicated by the respective manufacturers. Quattro Stagioni is not responsible for any incompleteness or untruthfulness of such information. The main features of each individual product are described on the product page itself.

The customer is required to read the characteristics described, as the products in the catalog may not correspond exactly to the real one, in terms of image and colours due to the browser or monitor type used. Quattro Stagioni is not responsible for the non-reading by the customer of the characteristics indicated in the catalog.

To take advantage of the product guarantee, it is necessary to keep the transport document inside the package, deliver it together with the products and contact our offices from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30 am and from 2.30 to 6.00 pm. The warranty conditions of the products, without prejudice to the rights recognized to the consumer pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 128 and following of the Italian Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005 no. 206 - called "Consumer Code" - run from the date of delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order. To withdraw from the purchase, you must communicate this will no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be submitted by completing the return form in the dedicated section on the website or by e-mail to shop@quattrostagioniabbigliamento.it or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Quattro Stagioni, Via Lama n.51, 47521 Cesena (FC).

The communication must specify the products purchased, the relative order number and the desire to withdraw from the purchase. Our customer service will respond by email giving authorization to return the goods and organizing the collection of the goods by the courier. Quattro Stagioni is not responsible for any theft or loss if our waybill is not used, which will be provided directly by the courier at the time of collection. The goods must be sent as received: that is, absolutely new, unused, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), placing it in suitable packaging in order to guarantee its integrity during transport.

Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. Within 14 days of receiving the communication and the goods, Quattro Stagioni will make the reimbursement, the times and methods of which will depend on the payment method used.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

CREDIT CARDS - After confirming your order through the website, you will be directed to Stripe's secure servers which will manage the transaction with all the most popular credit cards. The amount will be charged upon confirmation of the order, following the appropriate checks. When the order is executed, the relative amount is authorized on your card.

PAYPAL - After confirming the order data, you will be asked to log into your PayPal account to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create it from the login page, before completing the order. The PayPal account will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

BANK TRANSFER - Important: we will prepare and ship the ordered material only once we have received the credit on the current account. The data to be able to make the transfer will be communicated at the time of the order.

SCALAPAY - If you purchase with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

SATISPAY - Upon order confirmation you will be redirected to Satispay webpage with the payment barcode. Just scan the barcode with your Satispay app to pay and confirm your order.

 

SECURITY OF PAYMENTS

On www.quattrostagionishop.com each purchase is made in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL), relying on VeriSign certificates. The connections are safe and secure as shown by the padlock symbol that appears in the browser and the prefix "https" in the address bar.

To protect your credit card purchases, you will always be prompted to enter your CVV code. If you have previously saved a credit card, you will not be asked for the CVV code during the purchase phase. The saving of credit cards and payments is managed directly by Paypal and Cartasì. Quattro Stagioni will not be aware of the details of the credit card and will therefore not be able to file them or keep them in any way.
